17th Annual Girls' Club Fashion Show will be May 8

Our highly popular Girls’ Club Fashion Show will take place on Friday, May 8th at 7 PM (unless otherwise rescheduled). The theme this year is “Girls Just Want to Have Fun.” In keeping with a favorite tradition, our runway models will be escorted by tuxedo-clad students from Glen Ridge High School. Girls’ Club members who have earned the required number of volunteer hours will walk the runway.

This year’s proceeds will be donated to the Wynona's House Child Advocacy Center in Newark and the Glen Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Squad.

The show will feature clothing and accessories from local boutiques. In an effort to raise awareness of the environmental impact of clothes production, the models will also showcase items that have been up-cycled.

The Girls’ Club members look forward to the Fashion Show every year and hope that members of the Women’s Club will support the group by attending the show!
