The Sandwich Generation: Navigating Perimenopause, Caregiving, and your Healthcare

from $15.45

Please join us on Tuesday, March 5 at 7:00 PM for a very special panel discussion and the first of our Women's History Month programs. In collaboration with HerMD, the panelists include Jackie Linder, MS, CHM, Chanta Blue, CLSW, CST and Dr. Leigh Welsh.  Our panel moderator is Komel Caruso of HerMD.

Menopause can be a rich time in life: it is time of transformation and change - change within ourselves and change in our relationships as we balance caring for our children and our aging parents. The panel of experts will guide you on how to navigate caring for others, while also taking care of yourself and the symptoms you may be experiencing as you journey through menopause. The most important things? We must care for ourselves while caring for others - and that includes both our bodies and our minds.

Tuesday, March 5 at 7 PM

Members:  $15, Non-Members:  $25

**Please note that an additional 3% credit card processing fee will be charged
