The Gilded Lilies
In honor of our upcoming Centennial, join us for a Ukulele experience like no other—where no ukulele is required! Over the course of 5 weeks, we’ll gather to play familiar tunes from the 1920s, bringing the music to life with voices, or whatever instrument you choose to bring. Don’t have an instrument? No problem! Grab a tambourine, a kazoo, or simply come with your hands ready to clap along. Led by a professional musician and Glen Ridge resident, Paul Byrne, this music circle is all about capturing the joyful spirit of the 1920s, with no pressure or judgment—just good old-fashioned fun. Whether you’re an experienced musician or simply love to sing along, this is a space where everyone can jump in and make music together. All are welcome!
