117th Annual Meeting
It is finally spring and time for us to get together and celebrate. Please mark your calendars and make your reservations to join us on Tuesday, May 16th at 7:00pm for the 117th Annual Meeting and dinner.
We will be celebrating the Club’s many activities and events this year.
Wine and refreshments begin at 7:00 p.m. This will be followed by voting on the Club’s budget and slate of officers and board members.
A delicious buffet dinner will be served immediately after voting. After dinner, we will acknowledge the generous service of our current board members and those who will be completing their terms. We will also welcome our new trustees for the 2023-24 Club year. Please join us for a wonderful evening of friendship, camaraderie, and fun!
The cost of the dinner is $25.00. Reservations are required for this Members and Associate members ONLY event. We hope you will be able to join us and look forward to seeing you there.
