Yoga Class Drop-In
Drop-In Option (Must register by 1pm on the day of the class. No payments accepted at the door):
Member Drop-In: $24 per class
Non-Member Drop-In: $29 per class
The Women’s Club of Glen Ridge is excited to welcome Maddie Clark as a new instructor for our Monday Yoga class.
Maddie first came to yoga looking for more flexibility, but found so much more—a sense of grounding, connection, and ease that carried into every part of her life. She’s trained in Yin and Vinyasa yoga and hopes this class helps you slow down, reset, and leave feeling refreshed. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her creating pottery in her Hoboken studio.

Our new 5-week session will begin on November 3, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in our second floor Georgian Ballroom. Join us for a Guided Slow Flow yoga class for all levels. It is a very calming experience, and you will leave feeling grounded and centered. This class is a gentle form of yoga designed to release tension stored in the body. Slow transitions into each pose along with deep breathing and stretching. The class will conclude with a calming meditation. We look forward to seeing you on the mat and sharing the joy of yoga together.
Please bring your own mat for practice.
