You are warmly invited to join us for our 120th Annual End of Year Meeting on May 15th at 6:30 pm. It is an evening that for years has been a gathering for our membership to acknowledge, give thanks and celebrate the accomplishments, history and connection of our community.
This year, we are thoughtfully evolving the tradition by bringing together our Annual Meeting and Year-End Cocktail Party into one unified celebration; a fresh take designed to honor our past while creating an even more engaging experience for today’s membership. By gathering in one evening, we hope to create a lively and inclusive atmosphere where more of us can celebrate side by side.
As in the past, a portion of the evening will be devoted to Club business - including important updates and decisions that shape our club and future direction. Your presence and your voice are an essential part of that process. We will recognize our outgoing board members, vote on the 2026-27 WCGR Budget and new slate of leadership. The business portion will be followed by a delicious buffet and drinks in a relaxed setting with time to connect with fellow members and celebrate together.
