Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can you accommodate?
The Women's  Club of Glen Ridge venue offers two floors of indoor accommodations.  ​​

The first floor of the building features the larger Williamsburg Ballroom, with seating for up to 220 depending on the size of the dance floor desired, buffet table requirements, and other variables.​​

The second floor Georgian Room is smaller with table seating for up to 70 guests. The Georgian Room is frequently used to hold wedding ceremonies or to
serve cocktails, with dinner and dancing following in the Williamsburg Room.

There are several lounges and one kitchen on each floor, along with an outdoor patio.

Can I choose my own Caterer?

The Women's Club requires that you have a caterer who stays on site for the duration of your party. The caterer is responsible for all food preparation, handling and clean-up.  We do not have an exclusive caterer; you may use any caterer who meets the following requirements: The caterer must be fully insured and willing to add the Women's Club to their policy for the day as an additional insured. The caterer must also have a current food handling license, as well as general liability, liquor liability and workmen's compensation .

Ballroom - 1st floor
                        Fee - $2,500
                        Security Deposit - $750
Georgian Room 2nd floor
                        Fee - $1,500
                        Security Deposit - $500
Entire Clubhouse (discounted)
                        Fee $3,650
                        Security Deposit - $1,000

  • We offer a 10% discount for active members of the military.
  • Our tables and chairs are included in our rental rates.
  • Security deposits are refunded within 30 days of the event pending inspection of the property.
  • Additional fees may apply.
What are the hours?
Standard Rental hours – 5 hours for an event. Doors open for vendors 3 hours before event begins. If there is no Club event scheduled the day before the event, the renter and/or caterer may set up during business hours (8:30 am – 3pm). If you would like a guarantee for the extra set up day please ask. We allot 2 hours for cleanup after an event.
