Community Holiday Sing Along
Come, enjoy this annual holiday event on Sunday, December 22, jointly sponsored by the Women’s Club & the Glen Ridge Congregational Church. Tom Mustachio, GRCC music director & musician extraordinaire will again lead us in traditional & popular songs of the season. Know the tune but aren’t sure of all the words? No worries. All the words will be projected on a screen so everyone can participate. A light supper and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. You may BYO adult beverage.
Admission: Pre-sale $12/adult, $5/children 3 years – 11 years. Registration to open soon. Reservation deadline: Friday, December 20. Walk-ins (if space is available) $15/adult, $5/children.
The Music Department is very excited to announce the formation of a Community Chorus!
Do you love to sing? Do you love to get together with people in your community? This new venture may be just for you!
Rehearsals will be Wednesday evenings 7:00 to 8:30 starting January 8. Note: no rehearsal January 15 but we will rehearse instead on Monday January 13.

Lyn Vaux, Music Department Chair, has arranged for the award-winning Stearns Matthews to be the Chorus's music director. Mr. Matthews is a MAC and Bistro Award winning vocalist based in New York City whose recent appearances include The Town Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Feinstein's/54 Below, and The Metropolitan Room. His awards include the 2015 Bistro Award for Outstanding Recording; 2015 MAC Awards for Best Male Vocalist and Best Recording for SPARK. His new album is the first-ever male recording of December Songs, with words and music by Maury Yeston. BM, Music Theater, Westminster Choir College.
