Stretch & Strengthen

Improve posture, delay disc degeneration, increase flexibility with 5 sessions of Myofascial Stretching & ELDOA techniques. You will love the results. Sessions will be led by Glen Ridge resident Shawn Rank, a trained Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Myofascial & ELDOA technique trainer.
