Bodyweight HIIT Workout - Led by Shawn Rank.
No equipment needed. Please bring your own mat, towel and bottle of water. Please wear a mask when you arrive, but it is not necessary or even recommended while exercising. Hand sanitizer will be provided. Social distancing of 8 feet is required.
Maximum participation is 12 people. Weekly classes will run for one hour every Thursday morning with stretching at the end.
Classes will be held on the patio beside the club.
