Mindfulness is a proven meditation practice that cultivates a positive state of mind and helps to improve focus, behavior self-regulation and compassion. We will address techniques for feeling more connected to our bodies and emotional states. This secular meditation technique can be quite helpful with reduction of stress. Please join us in a non-judgmental, gentle exploration of what it’s like to be you in this present moment.
