The Art Department is excited to be a part of this fascinating presentation on the history of the Presby Iris Gardens in Upper Montclair. We are proud to be able to showcase some of the fabulous artwork being provided by some amazing local artists. These accomplished artisans have specialized in capturing the charm and allure of the flowers they love. There will be many unique impressions of these beautiful blooms on display. As there are many ways to express their love of the Gardens, we will be able to admire photographs, oil paintings, oils on linen, water colors and others. This whole event is going to wet our appetite for the wonderful showing of the real Iris Flowers that are in bloom in mid May to early June. After the luncheon meeting, this display will be available to contemplate and enjoy during the evening of Tuesday April 3. We will hold a reception during the hours of 7pm to 9pm, where you can "Meet the Artist". Some of the artists will be available to talk to onlookers about their work. If anyone is interested in purchasing a piece that would be for sale, please talk to the artist directly. For the artists not in attendance, there will be contact information available.
